MEET SHIRIN

Most of my work happens before anyone walks through a house. The hard part is rarely finding the place: it is deciding whether the price is right, whether a repair is worth making, and whether this is your year to move at all. That is what people actually call me for.

I have been licensed in California since 2008 and became a Broker Associate in 2014, and I hold DRE license 01848250 with Coldwell Banker West in Liberty Station. I earned my degree in Business and Real Estate from the University of San Diego, and I have lived in Point Loma since 2013, which means I have worked through the 2008 correction, the long recovery, the pandemic run-up and the rate shock that followed it. When I tell you I know this peninsula, I mean it literally.

I work across San Diego, with most of my business in Point Loma, Ocean Beach, Mission Hills, Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, Bay Park, Bay Ho, Clairemont and Coronado. In Point Loma a single family home now starts closer to $1.5 million than to the $1.2 million people still quote, which changes what a move up actually costs and is worth knowing before you start looking. I am a Military Relocation Professional, MRP certified, and a military spouse, so PCS timelines, VA loan entitlement and buying remotely from another duty station are familiar ground rather than something I had to go read about.

You will get straight information from me and no pressure, including the times the numbers say wait. I would rather you hear a hard answer from me early than meet it on a Closing Disclosure three days before you sign.
