Shirin Kheshti is a San Diego Realtor and licensed Broker Associate specializing in coastal San Diego real estate. I believe real estate is never just about buying or selling a home. I have been licensed in California since 2008 and became a Broker in 2014, which means I have navigated nearly every type of market San Diego has thrown at buyers and sellers over the past two decades. I hold a degree in Business and Real Estate from the University of San Diego, and I have lived in Point Loma since 2013. When I tell you I know this peninsula, I mean it in the most literal sense.

My focus is coastal San Diego real estate: Point Loma, Ocean Beach, La Jolla, and the neighborhoods in between. I specialize in working with sellers, trustees, and investors who need a clear-eyed strategy rather than a quick pitch, and I hold an MRP (Military Relocation Professional) certification for the many active-duty and veteran families who choose to plant roots here.
