MEET SHIRIN

Most of my work happens before anyone walks through a house. In San Diego real estate, the hard part is rarely finding the property. It is deciding whether the price makes sense, whether a repair is worth making and whether this is the right year to move at all. That is what my clients actually call me for.

I have been licensed in California since 2008 and became a Broker Associate in 2014. I earned my degree in Business Administration with a minor in Real Estate from the University of San Diego. Over the years, I have guided buyers and sellers through the 2008 correction, the long recovery, the pandemic run-up and the rate shock that followed. I have also lived in Point Loma since 2013. When I tell you I know the San Diego market, I mean I have lived and worked in it, not simply read about it.

I am a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and a military spouse. PCS timelines, VA loan entitlement and buying remotely from another duty station are familiar ground, not something I had to learn from a handbook.

You will get straightforward information from me without pressure, including when the numbers say you should wait. I would rather give you a difficult answer early than have you discover it on a Closing Disclosure three days before signing. The clients I am proudest of are the ones who call me years later about something that has nothing to do with a sale.

MILITARY RELOCATION & VA LOANS
