Working with Shirin is amazing. We have used other realtors and she is by FAR the best one we have ever worked with. She goes above and beyond. She is HONEST about everything. She is not someone that is doing it JuSt for commission. She genuinely cared about us getting into the right home. We are a military family and move often. If I could pack her up with me every time we moved, I would. I mean honestly, If buying a house is supposed to be stressful, nobody told Shirin, because somehow she turned the whole process into an Olympic sport and she already won gold. I’m convinced she has superpowers. She showed up to every showing with immense energy and somehow remembered every tiny detail I mentioned including ones I forgot I said. She navigated negotiations like she was diffusing a bomb, calm, confident, and with just the right amount of sass. By the time we got to closing, I was half expecting them to hand us the keys with a mic drop. If you want a realtor who’s part detective, part therapist, part stand-up comedian, and part real-estate ninja, Shiring is your person. Every. Single. Time. 10/10.
